The Congregation's Input

Word Clouds

One of the most important tasks of the interim period is to gather the congregation around important topics and to seek their input.  The entire church community was invited to a special celebration of William and Mary Hart and to engage important topics surrounding the congregation's history, identity and what kind of pastor the congregation desires.  This event had nearly 100% attendance, so the answers are not a sample.  They are the aggregate words of the entire congregation.

The congregation sat at round tables to discuss their answers to the following questions.  The word clouds below represent their answers.  The more times a word or idea was represented in the various responses, the bigger the word is in the Word Cloud.

1. IDENTITY:

Who is William and Mary Hart Presbyterian Church?

2. CONGREGATIONAL LIFE:

What parts of congregational life do you find most meaningful?

3. DREAMING ABOUT THE FUTURE:

What do the people of William and Mary Hart want for the next chapter of ministry?
